Thank you once again for refurbishing my en-suite and bringing it up to the 21st century. You did not mind us changing our minds with the additional tiling choice and understood delays in choosing the furniture. As with the main bathroom, you were happy to source the furniture to show us and then ordered it, checking delivery. We also were happy for you to liaise with your plasterer and electricity to complete the room with the minimal amount of disruption to the house.
